Most people who can run the company cannot build the thing. The gap between those two is where I work.

So this site is three things at once: my consultancy, my CV, and where I think about AI out loud (which is cheaper than being wrong at work).

I have run agentic companies and hopefully I know a thing or two about the operating model, the guardrails, the people and the code. And what's important is that it needs to not just be a vision, but something that runs on a normal rainy Tuesday.

So… I present to you eleven panels. One about me. One you can play. The rest about… agentic stuff. Read them in any order.

If you want to meet, call. That is the whole funnel.

The unusual combination

A senior leader with full profit-and-loss experience who fully understands agentic technology. Most people are one or the other, and the gap between what AI can do and what organisations actually do sits exactly in the middle.

Gaston, dogs, cats and a great many agents

ICA's pet retail concept for dogs and cats, built AI-first from the first day rather than retrofitted. The goal: ten people, a hundred agents, one billion SEK.

The org chart was the easy part. What it cost was the plateau in month four, when everyone was busy and cheerful and the curve had quietly stopped climbing. Principle 04 is what I wrote afterwards, because I had assumed the bridge would build itself and then watched several months prove that it does not.

Ten drafted, two kept

Every morning an agent reads the retail and AI news, writes ten observations and picks two. It emails me all ten before I am up and I overrule it when it is wrong. You pick your two before you see which pair survived, and the eight that were cut are struck through with the reason. What gets cut tells you more than what is kept.

Are you as fluent as your CIO?

Eight questions a chief executive officer should answer from memory, without a dashboard and without asking the person who would know. In an earlier job I would have managed about half of them. Today I can answer seven, and the one I cannot is what a single AI-handled customer contact costs me.

What I say no to tells you more about me than any case study, and no marketing department could write it. Uncover a line and the reason turns up beside it.

What I charge

Two hundred and fifty euros an hour, and that is the entire price list. No packages, no retainers, no day rate that quietly assumes ten hours. Here is the arithmetic in full, what the hours include, and the three kinds of work I will not quote for at any price. A consultant who hides the number is negotiating. I would rather price.

The programme

A game I built, and the only thing on this site you can lose at. You run an AI transformation programme inside a company you do not own: four numbers, thirty-six weeks, and only zero kills you. You will probably lose, and somebody good at this survives about half the time.
